Indian Government has imposed
three percent of every tax,
an extra education cess.
But higher education is so costly,
beyond the reach of common
populace.
Private hospitals are so expensive
not within the reach of common man.
For treatment in government
hospitals
spend half day standing in queue
for your turn.
Sometimes when we dial to contact
a person on cell phone of other net
this message we get –
‘number you have dialed is out of
reach’.
