Teeth

Teeth

Cutting, grinding and making it yummy,
So as the food, swiftly reaches tummy;
Canine, incisor,  molars each variety,
Have divided the work like civilized society.

They prettify the face, work as ornament,
Are multifunctional tool and armament.
In  the difficult  and dreaded situation,
For defense, they are the best weapon.

Think of Beauty of a toothless face,
Will  look  like an empty showcase.
Ask  some one, whose teeth are lost
For another would pay, how much cost!

No one laughs boldly without teeth in jaws,
Toothless dared open lips, hardly I saw.
Improper shape, size,  color and position
Make you shy in smile and conversation.

Guarding tongue, don’t allow free walk,
Thus restricting from making loose talk.
Men’s teeth are more sharper and larger,
Perhaps from women, have more danger.

Showing teeth to everyone, is risky matter.

Take care! can  reveal  your  character.
Worst part comes, if a tooth starts paining
You'd remove at once, others remaining.

Happened to go to a dentist, incidentally,
Made to sit in a chair designed  specially;
Looking like a seat to be fitted in a rocket,
That’s ready to launch to an other planet.

Extraction or canalling or filling the crown,
Put your head for hours backward down.
Jaws kept open till start feeling jaw-ache,
Plus start other sufferings and headache.

Barred for few days from hamburger bite,
Because you have to live on liquid diet.
Dental treatment  is not less than a thrill,
And for this agony, pay doctor’s hefty bill.
