Golden jubilee year

As soon I attained my twenty;

I had no option except to decide

to accept the decision of parents to marry.

Confrontation was overruled

that I had to continue my studies.

So the wedding was solemnized

according to the ritual ceremonies.

And in front of the fire we vowed

to live with each other until the eternity.

With God blessings and power of the vow,

we are living together married life, happily.

And we are hoping, in twenty twenty five

to celebrate golden jubilee of marriage anniversary.

By then, I will be a seventy five years young boy;

little more wise, naughty and baldy.

And we pray the almighty to grant 

perpetuity of our union until infinity.

And are here, celebrating Golden Jubilee.

Now I'm seventy five years old boy
My stick and spectacles are my toys.
Gone baldy, became little naughty
Pray perpetuity of our union until infinity.
