Birth of a poem

Sitting lonely at shore of the sea,
Between me and the waves came, she
I saw her walk, heard her talk.
Glimpsed her style,  her smile,

Liked her fashion, her passion,
My eyes hooked on her look,
Was not easy to miss her kiss,
Wished to be on couch for her touch.

But nothing happened, she vanished,
Memories of the moment, I carried
Mind was disturbed, tried to divert,
Universe is vast, my conscious did alert.

All around me I saw the amazing world,
I gobbled words, swallowed proverbs,
Poured the spices of depth, conciseness,
Creativity, metaphor, meter and verse,

Muddled up all with my thoughts,
Took deep and cooked in the heart,
Stirred gradually in brain with intellect.
On a piece of paper, poetry I depicted.
